From the first floor up we created an improved flow and balance for this family of four and two dogs. A new mudroom entry allows for plenty of space and connection for daily life. With bedroom and bath improvements on the second floor we created for larger bedrooms and study space. At the attic we maximized the footprint with 3 gable dormers to blend seamlessly on the front elevation and a shed dormer off the back to create headroom for a master bath and walk-in closet.

The new HVAC system along with spray foam insulation completed this home renovation to add efficiency and comfort.
