With previous access to the finished guest suite solely through a powder room, we reorganized the first floor spaces to create a more natural link between sitting, dining and kitchen while freeing up living space to take advantage of existing glass doors to the patio. The new private hall off the more engaging kitchen now leads to a new powder room and staircase to the guest suite.
